Anyone interested in joining Zion UMC, please sign up at the bulletin board at the
Front or back of the church. The class is about 2 hours long and we will provide a

We are so grateful for our Zion Congregation family, and for all the prayers lifted
up, and for all the prayer warriors. Recently, George and I both received steroid
injections into lumbar lower back area nerves. We don’t know how long they will
last, but keep those prayers of gratitude, healing and hope going. Right now, we
are nearly pain free and standing up straight! We’ve missed you all so often, but
we’ll be back more often now. For Him who is able, thank you Lord!

Philippians, 7:30 -8:30 pm. in Fellowship Hall
Wednesday – Women in Faith, 2pm, 6:30pm Prayer Meeting,
Saturday – Men’s Study, 7:30am
* Safe Sanctuary Meeting: There will be a brief meeting on TODAY, after the
11am service in the Fellowship Hall, for all those who are involved with minors
at the church in any capacity to go over the new Safe Sanctuary guidelines put
out by the District. If you are unable to attend, see Pastor Rob to schedule a
time that will suit you.
Attention all women are invited to join the Women in Faith on Wednesday, May 1
at 2pm. The program will be Dottie Nagle speaking about the Myerstown Sharing
Cupboard. Please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Cupboard.
Save the date and join our Summer Picnic on Tuesday June 11 at 6pm at Sandy
Sandoe’s home, more info to follow.
Our first Secret Sister reveal luncheon will be held on Saturday, May 18 at 12 noon.
Secret Sisters who have been involved in the year-long program, as well as any other
interested women of the church are invited to attend. Sign-up sheets are hanging on
the bulletin boards in the front and back of the church. If interested in attending,
